Driver Qualifications

At Woodford Transport, LLC, we select drivers that exceed the minimum regulatory CMV standards of the Dept. of Transportation. Our qualifications include:

• Must be at least twenty-three years old
• Must have two years of all season tractor trailer experience
• Must have strictly limited motor vehicle violations and/or accidents
• Must successfully pass medical and drug screening tests
• Must pass a review of driving ability by our safety supervisors
• Must pass a review of character, attitude, and professionalism by our business managers
• Must undergo thorough review of employment history, driving record, and background check including criminal or financial problems

Once hired our drivers undergo frequent reviews of their driving, product handling and customer service performance to ensure they continue to meet our quality, safety and service standards.
